Increased experience rates in both of these skills. Especially fishing. Fishing has a significantly slower xp rate than agility.

i dont think either rate should be incresed, but that there should b more things to fish. i like it that some 99s on this server actually take time but that some are easy too. also do not mkae agil tickets worth anything, bc it will then make the cape nooby like that of cook wc so on

they are both incredibly slow, but it adds a kind of goal and respect for people who have 99 in it.

lol ppl complain bout fish and agil speed but if it was only a 5 min job then then there would b no sense of achievement after you get the cape. they should do more 99's that take time to get tbh.....
