Cant log in -.-

Hello people of velsionscape :) Alright i joined like maybe 6 hours ago. And ive been playing since then pretty much, coz its a mad game. Anyway i recently couldnt log in. It said to reset the client and if that doesnt work then ur ip banned (which i really dont think i am). So yeh heres a video of it. :P
