Quick Prayer ? Fally Multi ?!?!?!?!?!?

OK hey im making this post to see what you guys think of my ideas.i will stats an idea back it up and then ask ?.x

1) Fix Quick Prayers ?
   :if you run out of prayer and need to pot while pking it takes time trying to put prayers back on !
   :Easier to Acces Prayers
   :A Lot of People Like a Server With Quick Prayers ( it's a Bonus ).
 
2) If you go to the teleports --> Pking Tele --> PvP Zones --> Falador Multi. it doesn't take you to the multi pking ?!
    But if you go to city tele's then falador it does ?

    Please Fix/add These Bugs / Suggestions
