Report BUGS/GLITCHES / Smithing Problem

Thi sis really wierd but when you go to smith, you cant talk to people. like they cant see your messages or trades or anything, its really wierd. ive had multiple people go there and type a bunch of stuff and trade me, but you cant see any of it =/

i dont think either rate should be incresed, but that there should b more things to fish. i like it that some 99s on this server actually take time but that some are easy too. also do not mkae agil tickets worth anything, bc it will then make the cape nooby like that of cook wc so on
