Questions? / My Donator Status was taken away

hey its asian 
and i donated earlier this month (January) to Michael and got my donator status the weekend with the donator sale, and i donated $20 and earned an extra $10, i got a Santa Hat, Armadyl Godsword, C Maul, and Chaotic Longsword. Which have also been lost. Im just asking if I could get the items back and if not, then my Donator Status please.
